A case of wrist ganglion treated with individualized homoeopathic medicine: A case report

Ganglion are benign cystic swelling of unknown aetiology that most commonly encountered in the wrist especially dorsal aspect. Women more frequently affected between age 20-50 years. Although these asymptomatic but may present with symptoms include pain movement or when a mass is felt, reduction range motion, and decrease grip strength. Clinical presentation usually sufficient for its diagnosis.A case 25-year-old female suffering from ganglion few months, has been presented here. After thorough clinical evaluation, Ruta Graveolens 200 was prescribed followed by placebo period four months. This report demonstrates improvement (without recurrence) as well other presenting complaints patient individualised homoeopathic treatment.
